Music is so much like food. It is a creation that involves so many of the senses and is a powerful and fundamental human expression. Music feeds me. I am extremely passionate about making music and spreading the joy and thoughtfulness music gives people. I sing in various choirs, sang opera for 5 years, played classical violin at a high level for 11 years, currently play fiddle, and participate in world music ensembles through the UW (gamelan).
